A driver from Windsor has been charged with speed racing after Perth County OPP stopped the driver in Perth East.
On July 6, at 10:10 a.m., police stopped a vehicle on Perth Road 119 after recording a speed reading of 134 km/h in a 80 km/h limit zone.
A 21-year-old has been charged with drive motor vehicle - perform stunt - excessive speed.
The driver is also facing a 30-day driving suspension and 14-day vehicle impoundment.
