Perth County OPP have laid charges after a person received harassing communications from a previous intimate partner.
On Aug. 27 at approximately 7:40 p.m., police began an investigation into an intimate partner incident in West Perth, after the victim received unwanted messages from the accused.
As a result, a 35-year-old from West Perth has been arrested and charged with harassing communications.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date, police said in a news release.
