A 26-year-old arrested and charged with assault went out and committed assault again the very next day.
Perth OPP responded to a report of assault on Aug. 1 at 9:39 p.m. at an address on Barber Avenue North in Listowel.
No injuries were reported. The accused was charged with two counts of assault. He was taken to hospital and released from custody.
The next day at 5:01 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at an Elizabeth Street East address. The same accused assaulted two employees.
Minor injuries were reported. The North Perth resident was charged with two more counts of assault.
He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford next month.
