No injuries were reported but the driver in a single vehicle accident was charged with operation while impaired after an accident in Perth South.
Perth OPP, Perth County Emergency Medical Services and St. Marys Fire responded on Nov. 14 just after 1 p.m., in the area of Highway 7, and Road 118.
Police said in a media release that the vehicle entered a ditch.
In addition to being charged with operation impaired, alcohol and drugs, the 49-year-old male, of no fixed address, was charged with failing or refusing to comply with demand.
A 90-day administrative driver's license suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment were initiated, per statute. The accused is scheduled to appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford to answer charges.
