One charged in intimate partner violence investigation

Perth OPP have charged an individual following an intimate partner violence investigation.

On June 29 at 9:34 a.m., officers were dispatched to an address in the North Perth for a disturbance.

A 34-year-old resident of North Perth has been arrested and charged with assault - spousal and mischief under $5,000.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on Aug. 14.
