Minor injuries were reported after Perth OPP and Perth County Paramedic Services responded to a collision on July 30 in North Perth.
Investigation determined that a vehicle went through the stop sign and collided with another vehicle on a through road on Line 72 and Road 140 shortly after 2 p.m.
Minor injuries were reported. A 39-year-old from London is charged with fail to yield to traffic on a through highway and issued a provincial offences notice.
