WEST PERTH – A crash has led to impaired charges for a 49-year-old from Huron-Kinloss Township.
Police say on Saturday, Dec. 2, just after 3 p.m., Perth County OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision in West Perth.
A motor vehicle entered the ditch in the area of Perth Line 32, police said in a news release. No serious injuries were reported.
The driver was charged with operation while impaired- alcohol and drugs, police said.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on Jan 22.
