A Brampton driver is facing charges after a two-vehicle crash in West Perth on July 3.
At 4:40 p.m. on July 3, Perth County OPP responded to the crash, which happened at the intersection of Perth Line 20 and Road 164 involving a sedan and a pickup truck.
Police say the driver of the truck failed to remain at the scene and was later located in Stratford.
A 33-year-old was arrested and has been charged with:
- fail to stop after accident
- fail to yield to traffic on through highway
- driver fail to surrender licence
