An investigation into intimate partner violence has led to charges against a 27-year-old West Perth male.
Perth OPP officers were dispatched to an address on Saturday at 2:14 p.m. for a disturbance call.
A person was arrested and charged with assault cause bodily harm - choke, suffocate or strangle and assault causing bodily harm.
The accused was held pending a bail hearing.
