Driver observed leaving scene of single-vehicle crash, police say

Perth County Ontario Provincial Police has charged an individual after a fail to remain collision on Line 87 in the Municipality of North Perth.

On April 14, just before 4:30 p.m., police responded to a single-vehicle collision on Line 87 east of Road 175. It was reported that a pickup truck left the roadway, and the driver was observed leaving the area. 

Justin Sage, a 33-year-old resident of Listowel has been charged with:

  • Dangerous operation
  • Fail to remain

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on May 13.
