A Stratford teen has been charged after Perth County Ontario Provincial Police stopped a vehicle east of Stratford on Sunday night.
While on patrol in Perth East, officers were alerted to a vehicle due to the behaviour of the driver.
Just after 11 p.m., police stopped the vehicle on Line 37 in the area of Road 108.
As a result of an investigation an 18-year-old from Stratford has been charged with:
- person under 19 years having liquor
- having care or control of a motor vehicle with open container of liquor
- novice driver - B.A.C. above zero
