A local driver is facing multiple charges following a single-vehicle crash last week in Perth East.
On Aug. 17 around 5:17 p.m., officers with the Perth OPP responded to the crash, which happened on Line 50.
While at the scene, police say the driver was showing signs of impairment.
The driver was subsequently arrested and taken to a local operations centre for further testing.
As a result, a 23-year-old female is charged with operation with impaired - alcohol and drugs and operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 4 to answer to the charges.
