PERTH EAST - A 35-year-old female from Stratford is facing charges after Perth County OPP conducted a traffic stop in Perth East.
On Jan. 18 just after 9 p.m. OPP witnessed an erratic driver. A news release said OPP spoke with the driver and as a result she was charged with:
- operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
- operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford. A 90-day administrative driver's license suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per stature.
