Driver accused of tampering with vehicle identification number

A Huron East man has been charged after a traffic stop in West Perth on Monday night. 

Perth OPP pulled the driver over on Perth Line 44 and Road 170, just after 8 p.m. 

An investigation was initiated surrounding a motorcycle being pulled on a trailer attached to the motor vehicle. As a result of the investigation, a 46-year-old was charged with altering/destroying/removing a vehicle identification number.
