On December 19, 1947, Mom & Dad began their journey through life together. Marrying in October 1950 enjoying 72 wonderful years as husband & wife. They were both born in the Hamilton area & moved to Stratford in 1954 when Dad joined the O.P.P. in Sebringville working with the detachment for 10 years and later joining Stratford Police Department and retiring in 1990 as Deputy Police Chief . They joined the Kinsman & Kinettes in 1956, developing many friendships which lasted a lifetime. They were blessed with four precious children. Janice (deceased 1990) Lee (deceased 2021) (Keith), Deb (Scott) & Lance. Five wonderful grandchildren. Mike (Kelly), Amy (Paul), Christine (Craig), Ben & Nate. Also six great grandchildren. Jacob, Jordan, Celina, Holly, Janelle & Eric. Their time with family & friends was so important to them, enjoying many memorable family get togethers. They loved to travel & did so extensively to many places around the globe during their long & healthy retirement. Their love for each other is unsurpassed. They described it as a perpetual love affair, Evergreen & seldom seen by two!
April 28, 2023, time to end their earthly journey, fly on the wings of two special Angels to reach their final destination. We wish them Gods’ Speed.
