With heavy hearts and beautiful memories, we share that Robert James (Jim) Morris, age 73, of Sauble Beach, and formerly of Meaford and Stratford, passed away peacefully at the Bruce County Hospice on June 7th, 2023 after a courageous and Grace-filled battle with cancer. Born in Huntsville, August 10, 1949, son of (late) Bud and Eileen Morris
Best friend and beloved husband of Donna Marie Morris (late) for 52 years. Loving father of Christopher (Nicole) and Michael (. Lovingly remembered by nieces and nephews, P. James and Albert Zettel; Jared, Jeff and Kevin (Irma) Ruston; Nathan, Jessica, Kristen (Mackenzie) and Sarah (Cam) Berge.
A visitation for family and friends will take place at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church (96 Huron St. Stratford ON) on Monday June 12, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. with Interment following at Avondale Cemetery. A reception will then follow at W.G. Young Funeral Home Reception Centre (430 Huron St. Stratford ON) at 12:30 p.m.
