Sabrina Lynn “Jeremy” Hillman, age 13, passed away suddenly at the Stratford General Hospital on September 7, 2023. Jeremy is survived by his parents Gary Hillman and Shirley Adams. Brother to Tyler Hillman and Kelly Scott. Grandson of Sheila and Ralph Adams and the Late Mary and Lawrence Hillman. Also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation for family and friends will be held at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Thursday, September 14, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment at Avondale Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to charity of choice.
