It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Danny Ray Carter from a massive heart attack on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at his home in Stratford. For 51 years he bravely faced many challenges from the accident in 1972. Danny would have been 68 years old in July. Survived by his loving mother Ruth Carter, brother Paul Carter and sisters Tracy Zackson (Saul) and Stephanie Lippai. Danny is also survived by his step-mother Barbara Carter and his five nephews; Taylor, Mason, Hayden, Michael and Christian and predeceased by his father Ivan Carter.
Visitation at the W. G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 1:30 pm until the time of the funeral service at 2:30 pm. Interment in Crediton Cemetery following the reception at the funeral home.
