Snow with total accumulations of 5 cm.
Strong westerly winds gusting up to 60 km/h.
Reduced visibility in snow and blowing snow.

This morning continuing through this afternoon.
Description:
Colder air continues to move into the area with lake effect snow developing this morning. Northwest winds gusting up to 60 km/h will also lead to reduced visibility in blowing snow at times. Conditions are expected to improve this evening.
Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather.
Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.
