Perth OPP looking for North Perth break, enter suspect

Perth OPP are looking for a person of interest in an alleged break, enter and theft at a property in North Perth.

Police said they received a report of a break and enter at a fenced-in property on Road 166 in North Perth on May 13.

In a press release, police alleged one sea container was entered and items were moved around.

A lock was tampered with on a second sea container, they said.

The press release did not mention what items, if any, were allegedly stolen.

Police said a person described as a tall and skinny Caucasian male in his 40s to 50s was seen leaving the area on a bicycle. He was described as wearing a baseball-style hat.

OPP remind citizens to keep all vehicles and buildings locked and report any suspicious activity immediately.

They advised considering the installation of security features, such as increased lighting, cameras, or alarms.
