A local hotel that was featured in a television series is up for sale in Stratford.

Renovations and upgrades to Hotel Julie were part of the CTV life series entitled Staying Inn: Hotel Julie.

Located at 90 St. Vincent St. N, the 5,900 square foot property has an asking price of $3.7 million.

According to the real estate listing, the property is an "elevated and stylish hotel designed for poetic moments and notable memories".

The property includes nine "uniquely designed flats".

According to the CTV website, Hotel Julie centres around creative director Autumn Hachey, as she embarks on the biggest project of her career – the redesign of a 19th century inn into a luxury boutique hotel.

Trying to complete the job before the Stratford Festival gets going for the season, Hachey and her team of collaborators have their work cut out for them, the site states.

"She’s taking it all on – marketing and branding strategy, complete suite redesigns, sourcing the perfect vintage pieces, finding the right trades and, most importantly, striving to create the ultimate luxury guest experience."

The listing notes that the property was fully gutted and it turnkey. It can be purchased with the neighbouring property, at 142 Huron St., which is a single family home.

The property is listed by Samira Kleyn. More information can be found at the realtor's listing.
