A 33-year-old man from Stratford faces impaired driving charges following a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday.
Perth County OPP responded to the area of Line 34, east of Shakespeare, in Perth East. No serious injuries were reported, but following an investigation, an accused is charged with operation while impaired- alcohol and drugs and operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on Feb. 12. A 90-day administrative driver's license suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment were initiated, as per stature.
