A vehicle was stopped today by Waterloo Regional Police after allegedly travelling 145 km/h in a 90 km/h zone, according to a police post on X, formerly Twitter.

The driver, a 66-year-old male from Stratford, was charged with speeding, stunt driving, and careless driving. His vehicle was impounded for 14 days and his license was suspended for 30 days.
