PERTH EAST – Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a three-vehicle collision that took place this afternoon in Perth East that sent two people to hospital with serious injuries.
Police say the crash took place just before 3 p.m. on Perth Line 34, east of Stratford.
OPP officers, with Perth County Paramedic Services, and Perth East Fire Services responded to Line 34, in the area of Forest Road, police said in a news release.
Two people were transported to hospital.
The investigation remained ongoing and as of about 9:30 p.m. motorists were being asked to avoid the area.
Line 34 remained closed between Road 110 and Road 111.
