On the afternoon of Aug. 24, Perth County OPP received a call from a homeowner in the area of Perth Line 43 and Road 106 in Perth East regarding an apparent memorial that had been placed on their property.
The memorial in question is a wooden cross and several small children’s items, says a news release issued by Perth County OPP.
Officials hope to identify and speak with the individual(s) responsible.
