A North Perth resident has been charged after a stolen vehicle was discovered parked on an area street earlier this month.

On Aug. 9, the Perth OPP were notified from the Automatic Licence Plate Reader (ALPR) of a stolen vehicle parked on Wallace Avenue North in North Perth.

As a result of the investigation, a 33-year-old was arrested and charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
