Perth County Ontario Provincial Police are currently investigating a theft in Perth East from earlier this month.
On Aug. 3 at approximately 6:40 a.m., an officer investigated a theft from two vehicles at an address on Princess Street.
The investigation revealed that overnight, suspect(s) went to the address and got into a work truck as well as a personal vehicle and took approximately $5,000 worth of tools.
