A Sunday night disturbance in North Perth has led to assault charges against a North Perth male.
Perth OPP responded at 10:02 p.m. to find that a victim had been assaulted. The accused also damaged the victim's cell phone.
Both accused and the victim had minor injuries, police said.
A 50-year-old resident is charged with assault - spousal and mischief - domestic.
The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford.
