Stratford police have identified a possible suspect vehicle in their investigation of stolen construction equipment from a site in St. Marys.
Video from the area was able centres on a black quad-cab Dodge Ram pickup with a reddish coloured car hauler dual axel trailer and beavertail ramps, a news release said.
This vehicle was observed in the area around 4 a.m. Police are unable to confirm that this vehicle is involved, but wish to speak with the owner. Police are asking for anyone else in the area with video surveillance to please review their footage and contact police if anything suspicious is observed.
On Sept. 8 shortly after 8:30 a.m. police visited the area of Trailside Drive and Hooper Street in St Marys where the theft had occurred, the release said. It was reported that a TR270B Skid Steer Loader and a Ramrod Trackmaster 1150 Stand-On Skid Steer were taken overnight.
