The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a mischief incident that occurred in the Municipality of North Perth and is seeking witnesses or additional video surveillance.
Shortly after 3 a.m. on May 26, 2024, a person kicked and broke the window of a parked, unoccupied vehicle on Elma Street West, Listowel. The unknown person of interest arrived on foot from the Wallace Avenue South area, and is described as wearing dark clothing. They may have sustained an injury during the incident, and police would like to confirm the person's well-being.
