One person died following a motor vehicle collision that occurred in North Perth on Sept. 16 at approximately 5 p.m.
According to police, who provided a media release on Sunday, a passenger vehicle collided with a commercial motor vehicle on Perth Line 86.
The driver of the sedan, a 48-year-old male, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police have not revealed the name of the deceased at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
