The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police is inviting the public to join a unique engagement opportunity, with the new Book Club with the OPP. Participants will read a series of four specially selected books, ranging in a variety of topics, from intimate partner violence and femicide, human trafficking, and a local murder investigation from the year 1894, and even the science of hope.
Meetings will be held around the county at the three library branches (North Perth, Perth East and West Perth) for each book. Books can be picked up at the North Perth and Perth East Libraries, and the West Perth OPP Detachment in Mitchell. Participants can choose which books they'd like to read and which meetings they would like to attend.
