Judith Elaine Tryssenaar, nee Kew, aged 69, passed away surrounded by family on March 14, 2023. Judi was born in St. Marys Ontario in 1953 and was a dedicated public servant for over 20 years with the City of Stratford. She was a creative and independent person which was never more evident than in the way she adapted to the various challenges that living with ALS brought.
Judi loved to go on adventures around the world with friends and family, she cherished her time in nature, and always made time for anyone in her life who needed support or guidance.
Judi is survived by her mother Donna Langdon (Willmore), her three children Jason Patterson (Rebecca), Stephanie Patterson, and Kelsy Flewitt (Brandon), her siblings Rick, Jane Riordan (Bill), Cindi Jones (Wayne), Lorne (Wendy), Steven (Melinda), and Peggi, as well as her beloved grandchildren. She is predeceased by her father James Samuel Kew.
The family would like to thank the PSWs who provided home care, the staff in Emergency and Palliative care departments at the Stratford General Hospital for their professional and supportive care, and to Dr. Thomas and Janet Taylor for their support.
