May 28, 1947 - February 28, 2024
It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of William Robert Latimer on February 28, 2024 at Greenwood Court, Stratford. Born May 28, 1947 in Niagara Falls, son of the late Carson and Stella (Prata) Latimer. Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years Sharon (Hegelheimer), brother-in-law Lin, nephew Dwayne and cousins Patty, Richard and Gary.
Bill and Sharon enjoyed music, horseracing, boxing, movies and politics. They met in 1963 and the rest is history.
Our heartfelt thanks to the management at Greenwood Court, the nursing staff, dietary, housekeeping and the hairdresser for their care of Bill.
A graveside service will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford.
