Matthew Chad Whiting, age 49, of Stratford passed away unexpectedly at the Victoria Hospital, London on October 18, 2023 with his family by his side. Born in Stratford, son of Jim and Linda Whiting of Stratford.
Matthew is survived his children Logan and Alexis; his partner Jeannie Fielding. Brother of Jeremy and Christopher. Special uncle to Zackary James Whiting. Lovingly remembered by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Predeceased grandparents Susan Wolfe, Myrtle and Lorne Whiting.
A special thank you to the staff at Stratford General Hospital, and for the special care given to Matt by all staff at Victoria Hospital, London Ontario in the CCTC unit, especially Dr. Cohen. Your support, kindness and thoughtfulness was truly appreciated by our family.
A family graveside service will be held at Avondale Cemetery.
