Local public transit won’t be operating tomorrow for Good Friday.
Stratford Transit will not operate on Friday, but buses will run the following Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Likewise, PC Connect won’t be operating on Friday as well.
Many retailers will be closed both Good Friday and Easter Sunday. The Retail Business Holidays Act prohibits most stores from opening, with gas stations among the types of businesses exempted.
The Stratford Public Library will be open on Saturday, but closed Friday, Sunday, and Monday.
There is no change to the garbage collection schedule. The local landfill site is open on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. Friday, Sunday, and Monday it will be closed.
Administrative offices like Stratford City Hall and the annex at 82 Erie St. will be closed on Friday and Monday.
