Stratford Fire Department responded to an alarm at the apartments on Kappele Circle on Tuesday afternoon. The building at 25 Kappele Circle was evacuated after a fire alarm. Residents waited outside while firefighters entered and cleared the building. An overheated breadmaker set off the alarm.
