Gazebo fire at grade school

Firefighters took 43 minutes to get the structure fire under control
Stratford firefighters responded to a fire over the weekend.

Stratford Fire Fighters attended to a gazebo fire behind St. Aloysius Catholic School over the long weekend. 

Upon arrival, the structure was completely engulfed in flames, Stratford FD told StratfordToday.

The structure took 43 minutes to get under control due to the contents (patio furniture) and structure size.

StratfordToday has reached out to Stratford Police, who are investigating.

The fire is being treated as suspicious.
