Car/school bus collision in Stratford

A collision occurred on Tuesday at Norfolk Street and Romeo Street between a car and school bus, near Advanced Design Solutions in south Stratford.

Stratford Fire Department employed an air bag lifting system to lift the bus so that the car could be removed from underneath the bus.

Stratford Police Service said that charges are pending completion of the investigation. The driver of the black Hyundai and one student were taken to hospital with minor injuries. Stratford police ask anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them at 519-271-4141.
