Local municipalities are looking to you for input on community safety and well-being.

In 2021, the Community Safety and Well-Being Plan was implemented, a multi-sectoral approach to well-being in the community that recognized complex social problems.

All the local municipalities in Perth County, Stratford, St. Marys, North Perth, West Perth, Perth East, Perth South, and many other stakeholders were involved in its creation and implementation.

A survey is now available to gather feedback that will help inform the future of the Community Safety and Well-Being partnership, including its potential priorities, actions, and programming.

In a post on the City of Stratford’s Facebook page, the city warned that some questions in the survey are potentially sensitive topics like mental health, suicide, substance use and physical health services.

They reminded residents that the survey is anonymous and participants have the option to skip any questions they are not comfortable with.
